The CFL Week 10 action finally kicks off tonight, beginning an action-packed slate of football games over the next four days.
The Week 10 festivities start when the Winnipeg Blue Bombers (6-2) pay a visit to the winless Edmonton Elks at 9 p.m. ET on Thursday. Friday then sees the Saskatchewan Roughriders (4-4) going one-on-one with the Montreal Alouettes (4-3) at 7:30 p.m. ET.
The fun continues Saturday at 7 p.m. ET when the BC Lions (6-2) host the Calgary Stampeders (3-5) before the schedule wraps up with Sunday’s 7 p.m. ET clash between the Ottawa RedBlacks (3-5) and Toronto Argonauts (6-1).
The Hamilton Tiger-Cats (3-5) are on a bye following last week’s loss to the Alouettes.

CFL Week 10 Picks & Predictions
Blue Bombers vs Elks Picks & Odds
- Spread: Winnipeg Blue Bombers -12 (-110) | Edmonton Elks +12 (-110)
- Total: OVER 44.5 (-110) | UNDER 44.5 (-110)
- Moneyline: Winnipeg Blue Bombers -585 | Edmonton Elks +410
The Blue Bombers didn’t break a sweat going up against one of the CFL’s best teams last week, notching a 50-14 blowout win over the Lions at home. Quarterback Zach Collaros had a massive day in the pocket, throwing for 369 yards and three touchdowns with one interception while Dalton Schoen and Brady Oliveira each found the end zone twice.
Meanwhile, the Elks hope that the rest from a bye week helps them pick up their first win of the 2023 CFL season. They looked horrible the last time we saw them in action, losing 27-0 to the Lions — their second shutout loss this year.
The Blue Bombers are Grey Cup contenders and won’t break a sweat against the Elks. Winnipeg already beat Edmonton by two touchdowns in Week 7 and with how recently that was, the result will be the same this week.
Prediction: Blue Bombers 31, Elks 17
Best Bet: Blue Bombers -12 (-110)
Roughriders vs Alouettes Picks & Odds
- Spread: Saskatchewan Roughriders +6 (-110) | Montreal Alouettes -6 (-110)
- Total: OVER 44.5 (-110) | UNDER 44.5 (-110)
- Moneyline: Saskatchewan Roughriders +205 | Montreal Alouettes -245
The Roughriders hope to capitalize on some momentum in their CFL Week 10 meeting with the Alouettes. Saskatchewan was on the brink of a loss last week, but Brett Lauther’s 56-yard field goal in the dying minutes lifted his team to a 26-24 victory over the RedBlacks.
The Alouettes, on the other hand, were victors in a 27-14 effort against the Tiger-Cats following 18 unanswered fourth-quarter points. It’s now the first time that Montreal has won back-to-back games since beginning the season 2-0, leaving time to tell if its winning ways will continue.
While Mason Fine has been playing decently under center, it’s clear that the Roughriders’ offense isn’t the same without the injured Trevor Harris. They scored an average of just 16 points in the three previous weeks and will struggle against the Alouettes, who have the best defense out east (20.4 PPG).
Prediction: Alouettes 24, Roughriders 17
Best Bet: Under 44.5 Points (-110)
Stampeders vs Lions Picks & Odds
- Spread: Calgary Stampeders +6 (-110) | BC Lions -6 (-110)
- Total: OVER 45.5 (-110) | UNDER 45.5 (-110)
- Moneyline: Calgary Stampeders +215 | BC Lions -260
The Stampeders have a pep in their step after last week’s 20-7 victory handed the Argonauts their first loss of the season. The defense was nearly perfect as Calgary shut Toronto out in the final three quarters while holding the latter to just 202 total yards.
The Lions, on the other hand, desperately need a bounce-back performance in CFL Week 10. They were blown out 50-14 by the Blue Bombers last week, putting an end to their three-game winning streak in the process.

Though I see the Lions winning due to their talent, the Stampeders proved last week that they’re better than their record implies. I could see this being a back-and-forth contest that comes down right to the very end.
Prediction: Lions 27, Stampeders 24
Best Bet: Stampeders +6 (-110)
RedBlacks vs Argonauts Picks & Odds
- Spread: Ottawa RedBlacks TBD (TBD) | Toronto Argonauts TBD (TBD)
- Total: OVER TBD (TBD) | UNDER TBD (TBD)
- Moneyline: Ottawa RedBlacks TBD | Toronto Argonauts TBD
At the time of writing, RedBlacks vs. Argonauts odds are unavailable across all sportsbooks.
The RedBlacks were left heartbroken last week with a 26-24 loss to the Roughriders. Ottawa was up by a point with less than a minute to go before a field goal with 26 seconds remaining gave Saskatchewan the win.
At the same time, the Argonauts are in unfamiliar territory after suffering their first loss of the season to the Stampeders, losing 20-7. QB Chad Kelly suffered an ankle injury that forced him out of the game, but all signs point to his being good to go for Week 10.
The RedBlacks are decent, but the Argos must prove that last week’s loss was a fluke. As long as Kelly can suit up, Toronto will decisively win this game.
Prediction: Argonauts 35, RedBlacks 23
Best Bet: TBD
