Erik Johnson‘s game day fit was well suited for his 1,000th NHL game.
The Philadelphia Flyers defenseman wore a custom suit for his career milestone as he arrived at Wells Fargo Center for the game against the Buffalo Sabres on Saturday.
“EJ 1000” and “Go Flyers” were written on the inside of Johnson’s suit jacket that he sported before the game.

His Flyers teammates all had custom shirts that read, “Erik Johnson 1000 NHL Games,” waiting for them at their locker room stalls. They wore the shirts while playing pregame soccer.
