The feeling of déjà vu hit decades later. Back in the early months of 1996, the NBA All-Stars graced the town. They strutted under the vibrant lights of the Dome, wearing the uniforms that would later serve as the inspiration for the 2022-23 City Edition uniform of the San Antonio Spurs. This included the rich turquoise color and all the retro accents.
