Classic Minnesota Juicy Lucy
Minnesota’s contribution to American food culture, the Juicy Lucy isn’t an average cheeseburger. It’s a Juicy Lucy. A staple at dives, family-friendly spots and even upscale restaurants across the state, the Juicy Lucy stands apart from other cheeseburgers because it has cheese on the inside of the burger instead of on top of it. And sure, it’s a bit messy. But that’s why napkins were invented!
