The City Edition Uniform for the 2022-23 LA Clippers commemorates the team’s deep connection with the South LA community. It incorporates design features that pay tribute to the heritage and fervent spirit of the famous Drew League.
The vibrant mosaic design on the chest draws inspiration from the famous Watts Towers. The wordmark blends classic scripts from the Clippers and The Drew. Green, a significant color in the Drew League’s narrative, is used to outline the jersey’s lower interior.
The Drew League’s slogan, “No Excuse. Just Produce,” serves as the anthem on the jersey jocktag, flanked by dates commemorating the league’s 50th anniversary on both sides.
