Hawks forward Jalen Johnson has signed a multi-year extension beginning with the 2025-26 season, the team announced Monday.

Per Atlanta team policy, terms of the agreement were not disclosed. But ESPN’s Shams Charania reported that Johnson’s deal is worth $150 million — all guaranteed — over five seasons.

“Jalen Johnson embodies the characteristics we look for as an organization, both on and off the court,” Hawks general manager Landry Fields said via release. “He has shown continuous improvement each year and has the character and the work ethic to continue to grow his game. He has developed into a significant part of our team and we’re thrilled to continue his development in Atlanta.”

The 20th pick in the 2021 Draft out of Duke, Johnson broke out last season with career highs across the board, including points (16.0 per game), rebounds (8.7), assists (3.6), steals (1.2) and blocks (0.8).
