Rookie second-round pick Toumani Camara’s double-double, which included a team-high scoring total, and a dominant all-around fourth quarter vaulted the Phoenix Suns to a 102-79 win over the Memphis Grizzlies in NBA 2K24 Summer League tournament play at Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas on Saturday night.

What was a mostly competitive game through three quarters became a lopsided affair in the final 10 minutes thanks to the Suns’ 32-19 fourth-quarter advantage. Phoenix took advantage of spotty ball security on the part of the Grizzlies, tallying 26 of its points off Memphis turnovers. The Suns’ reserves also enjoyed a productive night, compiling 61 points overall.

Rookie second-round pick Tarik Biberovic co-led the Grizzlies with 13 points, adding one rebound, one steal and one block. Aminu Mohammed matched Biberovic’s scoring and added four boards and three assists. Timmy Allen supplied 12 points, four rebounds, one assist and one block.

Camara recorded a game-high 20 points and complemented them with 10 rebounds, one assist and two blocks. Eugene German posted 18 points, three rebounds, three assists and one steal. Hunter Hale registered 16 points, two boards, two assists and one steal. Jordan Usher netted 13 points, five assists, four rebounds and two steals.

Both teams have now completed NBA2K24 Summer League play.
