Neighbours signs 2-year, $7.5 million contract with Blues

Forward could have become restricted free agent after this season, scored 27 goals in 2023-24

Jake Neighbours signed a two-year, $7.5 million contract with the St. Louis Blues on Tuesday. It begins next season and has an average annual value of $3.75 million.

The 22-year-old forward could have become a restricted free agent after this season. He has three points (two goals, one assist) in six games; he had 38 points (27 goals, 11 assists) in 77 games in 2023-24.

Neighbours was selected by the Blues in the first round (No. 26) of the 2020 NHL Draft. He has 135 points (36 goals, 17 assists) in 135 games with St. Louis.
