Cleveland Cavaliers coach Tyronn Lue does not coach second half vs. Chicago Bulls due to illness

Cleveland coach Tyronn Lue spent the second half of the Cavs-Bulls game in the locker room with an undisclosed illness, another hit for an already short-handed team.

It was the second time this season Lue left a game because he wasn’t feeling well, and he also sat one out against Chicago at home in December. Associate head coach Larry Drew filled in for him in the second half, where the Cavs saw their 17-point lead reduced to zero with 4:12 left.

LeBron James then took in crunch time, and the Cavs won 114-109 to cap a season-long six-game road trip.
