Don’t worry Penguins fans, your half-priced milkshakes are back for this season.

The Milkshake Factory, a longtime Pittsburgh mainstay, announced Tuesday that it will be serving “Rusty’s Shakes” this season, replacing the iconic “Jake’s Shake” from last year.

The new shake – named after Penguins forward Bryan Rust – will be offered at half price every Wednesday (and any time Rust scores a goal) to celebrate the team’s season opener.

INTRODUCING: RUSTY’S SHAKE!

We are thrilled to announce that Bryan Rust will be bringing back Pittsburgh's favorite milkshake, and half-off at the @MShakeFactory after every Rusty goal.

Last season, the milkshake shop offered its shake named after former Penguins forward Jake Guentzel. After he was traded in March, the store had to retire the shake. Since then, Penguins fans have been anxiously awaiting what The Milkshake Factory would do next. Now they have their answer.

The “Rusty’s Shake” includes Oreos, brownies and hot fudge topped with whipped cream. A chocolate bar in the shape of Rust’s No. 17 will be added on top to finish off the delicious dessert.

Sure seems like The Milkshake Factory knows how to shake things up.
