The Super Eagles could not beat their East African opponents and dropped two points on the road.
Rwanda held Nigeria 0-0 in a 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier Group D tie at Amahoro Stadium on Tuesday.
It was the Super Eagles' second Group D match and the first time they dropped points in this pool after opening their campaign with a 3-0 victory over Benin.
