The 2022-23 City Edition Uniform of the LA Clippers is a tribute to the team’s strong connection with the South LA community. It includes design features that honor the heritage and fervent spirit of the famous Drew League.
The vibrant mosaic pattern on the chest draws inspiration from the famous Watts Towers, and the wordmark merges the traditional scripts of both the Clippers and The Drew. Green, a significant color in the Drew League’s narrative, is utilized to line the lower inner part of the jersey.
The Drew League’s slogan, “No Excuse. Just Produce,” is featured as the jersey jocktag anthem. The dates commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Drew League are displayed on both sides of this motto.
