Los Angeles won Game 1 10-9, with another 5 home runs between both teams in this game. The trio of Freeman, Ohtani and Carroll have now homered in back to back games, and now get possibly the best pitching matchup they’ve had yet.
We get 2nd year pitcher Brandon Pfaadt, who’s got a 6.04 ERA this month, and rookie pitcher Justin Wrobleski for the Dodgers. Pfaadt’s given up 4 yaks in 5 starts this month, and Wrobleski’s given up 7 in just 5 starts this year.
