Clippers officially sign guard Reggie Jackson

President of Basketball Operations, Lawrence Frank, announced today that the L.A. Clippers have signed free agent guard Reggie Jackson. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed, in accordance with team policy.

Jackson, aged 29, has played 14 games for the Detroit Pistons this season, with an average of 14.9 points, 5.1 assists and 2.9 rebounds in 27.2 minutes per game. Standing at 6’3″ and weighing 208 pounds, the guard’s career averages are 12.9 points, 4.4 assists and 3.0 rebounds over 544 games during his eight seasons with the NBA, playing for the Oklahoma City Thunder and Detroit. Prior to being chosen by Oklahoma City as the 24th pick in the 2011 NBA Draft, Jackson spent three seasons at Boston College, earning first-team All-ACC honors in his junior year.
