Even more alarming is the fact that they were only permitted to score a total of 10 runs in those losses. This suggests that a more consistent performance from their batters could have potentially secured them a win or two.
The Rangers have steadily started to make a comeback. Following a 2-12 SU record over a span of 14 games, the reigning champions have now secured consecutive victories for the first time since the start of the month. This is only a small indication, but they have beaten their rivals 10-4 in the last two matches and aim to maintain this momentum in today’s game.

The Diamondbacks’ offense is nowhere to be found lately and I don’t see that changing today after their recent lack of success against the Rangers. Texas’ attack is starting to heat up again and could take advantage of Nelson, who’s been hit-or-miss throughout the season.
