After joining the Wizards in 2003 and serving nine years with the Denver Nuggets, Sheppard was appointed as the GM in 2019. He is now leading the team amid the uncertainties of the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to his professional duties, he and his wife Rosie are also raising their seven children at home.
